Participation Policy
Definitions:
The Individual attending the Excess Return International 2023 shall be referred to as the ‘Delegate” or ‘Attendee’. The term ‘Organizers’ shall mean Elite Investment Events, and its staff. The event listed on this policy shall be referred to as the ‘Forum’. The term ‘Venue’ shall mean the place where the Conference will be Organized.
Individual Event Registration Rules
Event badge is non-transferable without notify the organizers.
Online event registration must be paid in full at the time of sign-up.
Group Event Registration Rules
Badges are non-transferable without notify organizers.
You must pre-register to take advantage of discount rates as they will not be offered on site.
Group registration rates cannot be combined with any other offers.
General Cancellation and Refund Policy
If any unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending the Conference including family emergency, lack of appointment date, visa refusal, etc.), you are eligible for the following.
1: Notify organizers by email within 10 days of registration to receive a 90% refund.
2: Notify organizers by email after 10 days of registration but no later than one (1) month to the Conference to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellation within one (1) one to the Conference.
3: Notify organizers by email no later than two (2) weeks to the Conference to transfer your Ticket to any other events hosted by the Organizers and enjoy full value of your ticket. Please note that if the price for the new event is higher, you will be notified to pay only the price difference. However, if the price for the new event is lower, you will receive a Ticket credit to use towards another event.

Authorization Policy
By registering to attend the Excess Return International 2023 online or through any third party, you grant permission to the organizers to photograph, film or record and use your name, likeness, image, voice, and comments and to publish, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, broadcast, edit and/or digitize the resulting images and materials in publications, advertising materials, or in any other form worldwide without compensation.
Event Badge
Your badge will be printed at the registration counter on-site at the Excess Return International 2023. You must bring a printout of your registration barcode confirmation or display it for scanning (smartphones and tablet formats are acceptable) to pick up your badge. Photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or government-issued photo ID) may be required. Other Forum handouts will be distributed when picking up your badge.
Badges
All Delegates should always wear their Excess Return International 2023 name badge. Use of a badge by a person not named on the badge is grounds for confiscation. If you lose your badge, please return to the Registration Desk to obtain a replacement for Free.
Travel Insurance
Excess Return International 2023 organizers do not offer travel insurance, baggage’s insurance, or medical insurance. All Delegates needing travel insurance are recommended to buy travel insurance directly from their preferable trusted insurers.
Hold Harmless/Liability
Neither Excess Return International 2023 organizers, any co-supporter, or display space provider nor any of their officers, agents, employees, facilities, other representatives, or assigns shall be liable for, and the exhibitors and delegate releases them from, any claims for damage, loss, harm, or injury to the person, property, or business of the exhibitor or any of its visitors, officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, earthquake, water, unavailability of the facility, accident or any other reason in connection with participating at the Excess Return International 2023.
Delegates indemnify, defend, and protect organizers, any co-supporter, and space provider harmless from all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, losses, costs, attorney’s fees, and expenses which might result or arise from exhibitor’s or delegates participation in the Excess Return International 2023 or any actions of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives.
Event Cancellation
Elite Investment Events reserves the right to cancel the event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, pandemic, or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Elite Investment Events cancels the event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. If an event is cancelled, it will be posted on the Excess Return International 2023. website. www.exreturn.com
Event Venue
Elite Investment Events reserves the right to change the event venue due to any organization coordination such as increase of delegates, low enrollment, and accessibility, among others. If the venue is changed, it will be posted on the website. www.exreturn.com
Policies Agreement
By registering to participate at the Excess Return International 2023, you agree to these policies.
